My focus is to help individuals heal and energise life and relationships by exploring coping strategies, defences, emotions and personal experience. I provide a neutral safe space, and will listen to your concerns, then customise a treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

During therapy we create strategies to support you through every step of your journey. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. 

Twin tales that drive behaviour

We often have two stories, the conscious story and the unconscious story. Conflicting narratives leads to self sabotage. JungIan therapy helps you explore your shadow, contextually and CBT tools help explore limiting core beliefs.
